If a pumpkin spice latte isn’t the definition of fall, I don’t know what is. Whether you like your coffee iced or hot, this is the perfect pick me up that won’t leave you with that sugary crash!
This recipe was actually request by my sister and I figured it was defiantly worth sharing! It’s super easy to make and obviously delicious. Hope you enjoy =]
1 cups of unsweetened milk of choice (I personally use almond milk)
12 oz coffee
2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
sweetener of choice to taste (maple syrup, honey, stevia, coconut sugar, monk fruit, etc.)
1 scoop vital proteins (optional)
Directions for hot:
Heat up milk of choice in the microwave or on the stove. Then place all ingreidents in a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds. Pour into a cute mug and top with some pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
If you have a frother I recommend heating up the milk with your frother, pour the non-foamed milk into the blender, and blend for 20-30 seconds. Pour into a mug and top beverage with foam and some pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
Directions for iced:
Add all ingreidents to a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Pour over ice and top with pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
