For the longest time I wanted to lose 15 pounds for good. I mean was able to do so for the short term but I was never able to keep it off and feel amazing during the process.
Finally, after learning about nutrition as I became an RD and understanding the importance of blood sugar control (even if you are not a diabetic!) things just started to click. That’s when I finally was able to lose those 15 pounds and keep it off for good. I also noticed with following this low carb lifestyle and controlling my blood sugar I was not only able to maintain my weight but I also was way more energized (like I didn’t need to nap after lunch lol), I had less food cravings (bye bye ice cream cravings at 10pm) and I WASN’T constantly hangry all damn day! This is because my low carb program is designed to regulate your hunger hormones making it easy for you to naturally lose weight.
