How do you get motivated to lose weight? If you keep telling yourself, “If I could just feel motivated again, I would be able to lose those next 10 pounds, or I’d be able to get my butt in the gym.” Or maybe you find yourself constantly scrolling on Instagram, on Facebook, looking at other people’s transformation photos.
